Malaysian Recipes - Ali's Aniseed Soup

Ramuan
Ingredients
  • Air, (agak-agak Kerapa orang)
  • Minyak, (cukup untuk menumis)
  • 2 biji Bawang besar potong nipis
  • 2 Bunga Lawang
  • 2 batang kecil Kayu Manis.
  • 4 biji Buah Pelaga
  • 5 ulas Bawang Putih
  • 6 Daun Seladeri - ikut rasa
  • 1/2 lb. Daging Lembu
  • 1 Kentang di potong ikut suka
  • 6 Daun Bawang
  • 1/2 sudu teh Gula
  • Water - 1 bowl per person
  • Cooking Oil - just enough for saute, eg 1 tablespoon
  • 2 Big Onions
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 inches of Cinammon Stick
  • 4 Cardamon Pods
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 6 bunches of Celery leaves,(from top of celery stick).
  • 1/2 lb. Beef in cubes
  • 1 large potato, cut in wedges.
  • 6 Spring Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • Peraturan membuatnya Method
    1. Tumis bahan-bahan ramuan yang telah di hiris sehingga.
    2. Bila sudah layu dan naik bau masukan daging lembu.
    3. Kemudian masuk daging lembu, kentang yang telah
    dipotong dan air agak-agak untuk berapa orang.
    4. Masak sehingga mendidih dan sehingga daging dan kentang menjadi lembut.
    1. Saute all the ingredients together,(except the Beef).
    2. Heat until distinctive aroma appears.
    3. Add the diced beef and potatoes.
    4. Add water according to the number of people.
    5. Heat until it boils, and add the Beef Stock and a little sugar.

    6. Serve and enjoy the unique taste of Aniseed Soup
